PEEP (Parents Early Education Partnership)
The PEEP (Parents Early Education Partnership) program uses songs, rhymes, stories and activities to engage parents and their children aged from birth to school age.
Each session incorporates a special 'talk time' where parents have the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics related to child development and parenting. The program also has a strong focus on linking families into local services and groups as well as the wider community. More information about PEEP is included in the Downloads below.
PEEP age-based sessions run for an hour once a week for approximately 9 weeks at the Tomorrow:Today Foundation PEEP centre in Cecily Court, Nunn St, Benalla. There are limited places, so registration is essential.
Multi age drop-in sessions, open to all, are held every week.

Reading buddies
Tomorrow:Today is working with Benalla primary schools to improve reading and writing levels for children in Grades Prep to Two. We recruit and train volunteer ‘Reading Buddies’ to work one-on-one with local children. The special relationship that develops is rewarding for both buddies and students. The Reading Buddies program ran at Benalla East Primary school in 2012 and early indicators are very positive. In 2013 we’re recruiting additional volunteers so that the program can be expanded to more Benalla primary schools.
