GRANTS PROGRAM 2010

Each year applications are invited for community projects in Benalla and District that help create a stronger, more resilient and prosperous rural community. A broad range of charitable projects are supported (see the list from previous years. below).

The 2010 Grants Program will open Monday August 23, 2010. Please read the guidelines before completing an application. Applications must be received by post or over-the-counter by 5pm September 30, 2010.

Applications from local organisations and groups are invited that enable residents to help build a stronger, more resilient and prosperous rural community.

This year we are pleased to announce that applications for grants to Tomorrow:Today Foundation will automatically also be considered by the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) as part of their grants round. This opens up the amount of funding able to flow to organisations and groups in Benalla and district. This has been able to happen as a result of an excellent collaboration between Tomorrow:Today and FRRR. Funds from Perpetual Trustees - via the Ledger Trust - have been made available through FRRR for eligible proejcts in Benalla and district.
