Sometimes donors have a particular charitable purpose in mind. Confidential discussions held with individual donors will help to ensure that the requirements and preferences of the donor can be met in a manner that meets the requirements of company and tax law pertaining to community foundations.
Donors may be:
• individuals or families
• businesses
• corporate bodies
• non-government organisations such as community groups and service clubs
• other Trusts; or
• government bodies.
